Real-life situations. Real-life results.
Donna Boswell doesn’t just listen – she investigates her clients’ lived experiences to identify what’s working and restructure what’s not.
With more than 30 years of experience in forensics, mental health, addiction and court processes, Donna has personally guided hundreds of clients – children, adults and families – through some of the darkest times of their lives. Areas of expertise include: life transitions and transformation, crisis intervention and stabilization, addiction, mental health, case forensics and high-conflict divorce. Working complicated and complex cases, she relentlessly explores the limits of understanding in human development and client well-being.
Donna specializes in assembling a team of experts from various disciplines – medical, mental health and legal. Each component is strategically aligned to ensure success.
Proficient in Munchausen by Proxy (MSBP) – also known as Factitious Disorder Imposed on Another (FDIA) – Donna has consulted on over 20 incidents in the past six years. Cases are complex, requiring a coordinated approach involving medical professionals, child protective services, law enforcement, and legal authorities. Her goal: to protect the victim, gather evidence, and provide appropriate therapeutic and legal interventions for both the child and family.
When Donna knows her case facts, and her client has been wronged, she’ll go to battle next level. It’s her nature not to leave any stone unturned.
Donna is also a member of the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children (APSAC) committee on MSBP, an organization dedicated to improving the response to child abuse and neglect through research, training, advocacy, and the development of best practices. Activities encompass training and education, policy and advocacy, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Donna's unwavering commitment to her clients drives her to go above and beyond, ensuring they are poised for personal success, regardless of their circumstances. No matter how challenging the situation, she skillfully navigates and overcomes any obstacle to help them achieve their goals.
With decades of experience and a track record of triumph in the most daunting and seemingly impossible scenarios, Donna has earned a reputation that prompts top-tier professionals to answer her call immediately. She truly embodies the role of “the fixer.”
